This year the show is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Def Jam Records with an all-star team line up MCs. The Roots, Public Enemy, Method Man, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, Warren G, DMX, Onyx, Eve, Oran 'Juice' Jones, Wale, Gym Class Heroes, Redman, Ja Rule, Ashanti and host Tracy Morgan.
